• Involves impersonation of any person or entity, or misrepresentation of your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the Platform or the data contained therein;
• Engages in any form of automated data collection, scraping, crawling or mining without express written consent;
• Facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity; or
• Is intended to harm, harass, defame or otherwise negatively impact any individual or entity.

Breach of this Section may result in immediate Account termination, restriction of access to the Platform, and/or referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where required by law.

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, guides, written articles and software — is the property of glubpk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The glubpk name, logo and all related branding elements are trademarks or service marks of glubpk. Unauthorised use of any trademarks appearing on the Platform is strictly prohibited.

Users are granted no rights, title or interest in any Platform Content beyond the limited personal-use licence described in Section 5. Any reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial exploitation of Platform Content without express prior written consent is a material breach of these Terms.

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

glubpk does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components;
• Any Content on the Platform is accurate, complete, current or suitable for any particular purpose; or
• Any third-party operator, platform or service referenced on glubpk is reliable, regulated, or appropriate for your use.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, glubpk, its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any Content thereon — including any financial losses incurred through gambling activities on third-party platforms.
